Davey is currently involved in a unique project with New2theScene, creating a novella with over 20 authors, each tackling a chapter to make an exciting collage of a story. New2theScene is a project set up by writer Richard Howitt to help and encourage new authors as they navigate the world of writing.

Davey has written the scripts for several children's shows, performed by Forest Tribe Dance Theatre.
Alluriat is an interactive dance theatre adventure which has toured libraries and theatre venues since March 2019, bringing live performance to children who might otherwise never experience theatre.
Heart of Light, the Story of Rama and Sita, toured in 2017, visiting libraries in the Greater Manchester. The show was also staged at The Lowry in Salford and Tara Arts in London.
As well as script writing, Davey also co-designed and created the sets for both productions alongside artist Mike Kelly
